Edward Koch, onetime mayor of New York City, died today. Heart failure was the putative cause. So, we now know he had a heart, thus debunking rumors to the contrary.

If by do-er one refers to a person who sells out the poor to the monied interests and if that was the kind of person NYC needed, then I suppose I was hard on Koch.
